When communications are sent by email, such messages must include a valid email address or another valid electronic address where the user may exercise their right to object; sending communications that do not include such an address is prohibited.
The recipient may revoke at any time the consent previously given to receive commercial communications by simply notifying the sender of their decision.

IP Addresses
The website servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user.
An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a server activity log that allows subsequent processing of the data to obtain purely statistical measurements, such as the number of page impressions, number of visits to web services, order of visits, point of access, etc.
Use of Cookies
The PROVIDER, either on its own behalf or that of a third party contracted to provide measurement services, may use cookies when the user browses the website.
Cookies are small information files sent by the server to the computer of the person accessing the website for the purpose of recording user activity during browsing and performing certain functions considered essential for the proper operation and display of the website.
The cookies used on the website are, in all cases, temporary and solely intended to make subsequent transmission more efficient; they disappear at the end of the user’s session. Under no circumstances are cookies used to collect personal information.
Users can configure their browsers to be notified of the receipt of cookies and to prevent their installation on their devices. Users are advised to consult their browser’s instructions and manuals for further information.
By using cookies, the web server can recognize the user’s web browser in order to make browsing easier—for example, allowing access to areas or services reserved exclusively for previously registered users without the need to log in on each visit. They are also used to measure audience and traffic parameters, monitor progress, and track the number of entries.
Liability
The PROVIDER disclaims any liability for information published on its website if such information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to it.
In accordance with Articles 11 and 16 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the PROVIDER makes itself available to users, competent authorities, and law enforcement agencies to remove or block content that violates the law, third-party rights, morality, or public order.
The website has been reviewed and tested to ensure proper functioning. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the PROVIDER does not rule out the possibility of programming errors, force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.
In the event of an interruption in the operation of the website, the PROVIDER undertakes to restore it to proper working condition as soon as possible.
Applicable Law
For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, and the Courts and Tribunals of Zamora (Spain) shall have jurisdiction to resolve all conflicts related to its use.
If any clause included in these general conditions is declared wholly or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall affect only that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, and the rest of these general conditions shall remain in force. The affected provision shall be deemed totally or partially omitted.
